Did you know, you can pre-book an appointment by using the Contact the Practice button. You can state a preferred day, time and clinician and one of the team will respond within 5 working days to advise you when to expect a call.
We are currently open to accept new patients to our list. If you are a visitor to the UK, please call or come into the surgery to register as a temporary patient.
Please call in to the surgery if you would require help registering. You will be required to provide blood pressure readings; we have a machine in the surgery reception if you don’t have one at home.
It is helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your nhs number.
You will be assigned a named GP (one of our 5 partners) when you register with the practice. You may request a particular GP and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your preference. You do not need to see your named GP when making an appointment.
If you live within our catchment area, you will have full access to our services. We welcome patients out of area but please note, you will not be eligible for home visits.
If you are unsure if you live within our catchment area, please enter your postcode into the Catchment Area Checker below.
You can search for your postcode by clicking the magnifier in the top right corner of the map, this will indicate whether you live within the boundary or not.
Important Forms that require your completion.
Once all your details have been entered onto our patient record computer system and your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation letter enclosing details of how to access our online services. We will also advise you if the doctor would like you to arrange an appointment to be seen at the surgery.
When you join us we request your medical notes from your previous GP and summarise them onto our computer, however, this may take several weeks.
As a parent, family member or carer, you may be able to access services for someone else. We call this having proxy access. We can set this up for you if you are both registered with us.
To requests proxy access:
Once proxy access is set up, you can access the other person’s profile in your NHS account, using the NHS App or website.
