If you have a non-urgent request, wish to see a specific doctor or would like to book a planned clinic then the easiest way is by using Contact the Practice on the link further down this page.

We offer on the day appointments with GP’s and Advanced Nurse Practitioners; please call 0116 344 0233 to book. Our reception team will ask you a number of questions to ensure they can book you with the most appropriate clinician.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please use Systmonline below. If you do not have online access, please call the reception team on 0116 344 0233 who will be happy to help.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
